An adult pass costs $40 during the dry season (May 15 - Oct 31) and $25 during the tropical summer. Child passes (5-15) are $20 in the dry season. Passes are valid for 7 days. You can buy them online or at the Bowali Visitor Centre.
Yes, but it is a very long day. The drive takes 3 hours each way. Day tours typically last 12 to 14 hours. You will see main sites like Ubirr or Yellow Water, but you will miss the remote waterfalls.

Great tour of Kakadu National Park and the surrounding area. Tim was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable about the area, history of Darwin, nature and the surrounding animals, and the rock art.
We had a great day but Viator didn't give hotel pick up options. The Autopia Tour bus does pick up from most hotels which was good when we were able to get dropped off late around 8pm. Our guide Aussie Tim was excellent and made the day fun.
Very good host, Damo (Damien) loads of knowledge and experience which he shared throughout the trip. Saw lots of crocodiles close up to the boat and jumping out of the water. Highly recommend.
